It depends on the working model; the details are shared once your application has been reviewed.

Your regional manager will suggest a starter set based on the customer profile of your point of sale. Hair care or the PDRN series is usually the entry point.

PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide) is a care ingredient derived from salmon DNA. It is used in skin care products to support hydration and help maintain the skin barrier. It is a cosmetic ingredient; it is not a substitute for medical treatment.

Our products undergo the safety assessments required by the relevant regulations before they reach the market. You can find product-specific test information on the packaging and in the product file, and you are welcome to contact us for details.

Our product groups are divided according to the needs of dry, normal, combination and oily skin; there are also options suitable for sensitive skin. To choose the right product, check the skin type information on the packaging or ask your pharmacist.

The general rule is to work from the lightest texture to the richest: cleanser, tonic/mist, serum, cream, and sunscreen in your daytime routine. The directions for use on the packaging should always take precedence.

We recommend consulting your doctor or pharmacist before starting any care product during these periods. This is particularly important for ingredients such as retinol.

KDID products are available only through pharmacies and authorised sales channels. You can find your nearest point of sale using the list and the map on the Points of Sale page.

Our prices are set with product quality, R&D and production standards in mind; competing on low price alone is not our aim. A fair and disciplined pricing policy applies across all sales channels, and no channel may act in ways that devalue another. Promotions run only during planned periods.

Once orders are confirmed they are shipped with our contracted courier; delivery times vary by region. Your regional manager can tell you the current times and conditions.

Products are replaced in the case of packaging faults or shipping-related problems. Simply pass your request to your regional manager or send it to us through the contact form.

Your form data is processed solely to assess your request and to contact you; it is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For details, see our Personal Data Protection Notice, and you may request deletion of your data at any time.

The expiry date and the period after opening are stated on the packaging. We recommend storing products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight.
